What are the payment options?Payment is prepaid only and accepted only using UPI.

What is your return/exchange policy?We do not offer return/exchange currently on our products. However, if you receive any defective product please share an uncut unboxing video and we will get back to you. We will offer refund or option to choose something else in case there is a defect while packaging.

When do I get my order?Since some products are on pre-order we would need a maximum of 15 days to ship your order. Post that you can track your delivery real time on the courier site

What to do if I receive a damaged product ?If your order arrives damaged, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please shoot an uncut unboxing video as you receive the product so that this documentation will assist us in processing your claim with the shipping carrier.
